The Soundtrack of an ADHD Life

Every time I searched “ADHD playlist” all the results were “focus music” and “binaural beats” and “beta waves.” I don’t know about you, but sometimes I would rather eat nails than focus. I just want a playlist that captures what it’s like to live my life. So that’s what I hope this will be. Let me know what you think.

*CW: explicit lyrics*

If your ADHD life had a soundtrack, what would be on it?

    Spin ’em.

The playlist will be different next week because that is how the wires work.

  2. Focus Jeff… focus.

Last track of my playlist is World Looking In by Morcheeba rather than John Hiatt’s Have a Little Faith in Me.
