Episode 30 | A Safe Place to Land with Laura & Jim Minor: Part One

Episode 30 is live on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, and more!

Receiving an adult diagnosis of a lifelong condition like ADHD can be illuminating and disorienting – not only for us, but also for our caregivers.

I am currently on the East Coast visiting family, so I took the opportunity to interview my parents about my Origin Story. They share their initial reactions to my diagnosis, moments in my childhood that could have been helped with more information about ADHD, and how they still managed to offer me a safe place to land.
